I’d vote for Rey Bango http://twitter.com/reybango as one of those people..at least in the web development sphere.

      Hi Roger,

Yes, I’m shamelessly recommending myself on twitter because I have around 5,000 followers who find that my tweets give renewed hope in finding work in the UK, particularly with the downturn in the economy:

      I hope you agree!

      Kind regards,

I’ll actually second that as you come up with a lot of interesting links as opposed to most of the Twitter noise.

That is the best answer though – who the hell is ANYONE to tell you who the “best” people to follow are? I think the beauty of Twitter lies in finding and meeting cool new people completely by chance – e.g. just Twitter search for that cool movie/book/film you liked recently and have a look at the profiles and recent tweets of those people that come up. No one should feel any pressure to create some kind of ultimate following list. Whatever makes you happy though…

not gonna lie – I love me.

call it ego, call it self promotion, but I like writing, and knowing people are reading it. Plus I’m easy to engage – maybe what I have to say isn’t important – but sometimes nothing is better than trying to say something.

I think importance is subjective anyways – a graphic persons list is gonna be different from a twitter hipster. I like that your asking rather then forcing your personal list down our throats.

gotta say that is a very welcomed change
